We reserve the right to refuse sell to any person or entity known or believed to be a reseller without authorization by Kettles and Candles.  Please use the Contact Us link if interested in becoming a retail seller or would like fundraiser information.

    Colors may vary from what is viewed on your monitor. If color is an extremely important factor and you are attempting to match a color exactly please send a swatch for comparison. Kettles and Candles will send you an actual sample of the color before the order is processed. 

    Refunds

    Refunds will be given for returned merchandise only if authorization was approved. Please Contact Us for authorization. ACTUAL shipping charges will not be included in the refund amount. Refunds will not be given for damaged or misused merchandise.

    All shipping rates in the contiguous 48 states are based on subtotals and the state from which the order is being shipped to. You may add items to the shopping cart and check shipping costs prior to proceeding to the checkout. If you are costumers from Hawaii or Alaska please Contact Us, Kettles and Candles, for shipping costs. Please include your name, phone number and shipping address.

    Damages

    Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival of your package. If damages are noticed upon receipt, please call Kettles and Candles within 24 hours. 



  • International

  • International orders must Contact Us, Kettles and Candles, for shipping costs before placing any orders. Please include your order request and your full address.



  • Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date and must be returned in the same condition they were received. If you wish to return an item, please call to let us know prior to sending the merchandise back. In most cases the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping. For merchandise being returned, credit will be given for the amount of the order less the ACTUAL shipping cost. For exchanges the customer would be responsible for the ACTUAL shipping cost from Kettles and Candle back to the customer. Please include a note with the return with your name, phone number, and reason for returning the item. SPECIAL ORDERS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.  Returned products may be charged a 20% restocking fee.
